First Fit Assurance & After-Care Policy

At BLISSS NAILS 💅, we take pride in creating premium handmade press-on nails designed with care, precision, and comfort. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every set to fit beautifully so you can wear your nails with confidence.

Please read our Refund & After-Care Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. FIRST FIT ASSURANCE

(For First-Time Customers Only)

Trying press-on nails online for the first time? We understand that choosing the correct nail size can sometimes be difficult.

That’s why BLISSS NAILS offers a One-Time Fit Assurance for all first-time customers.

If your first set does not fit properly, don’t worry — we’ll help you get the correct size.


How to Claim Your Fit Assurance

Step 1 — Contact Us Within 7 Days

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Step 2 — Show the Fit Issue

Please send us:

  • A short clear video
  • Showing the fitting issue on your nails

Step 3 — Product Validation

Once our team verifies the issue, we will ask you to Return the original set.

Once we Receive The original Set, Will send You the Set That Fits You.

OR

If We are facing any Difficulty in Pickup/shipping issues, you simply need to:

  • Scratch a visible “X” on the nails using a nail file
  • OR
  • Cut the nails With a Nail cutter

Then send us a clear Video for confirmation.


Step 4 — Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • We will provide a replacement set in the correct size
  • Customers only need to pay the shipping fee
  • The replacement nails will be provided free of charge

Important Note

✅ This assurance is available only once per customer

✅ Applicable on first order only

2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom-made, handmade, and hygienic nature of our products, BLISSS NAILS does not offer:

  • Monetary refunds
  • Physical returns
  • Change-of-mind exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Except for the First Fit Assurance mentioned above, all purchases are considered final.

We are unable to offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing on future orders
  • Change of preference
  • Design selection changes

Non-Returnable Products

Please do not send used or opened products back to us.

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Returned nail products cannot be reused
  • Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will absolutely make it right.


Reporting Timeframe

Please notify us within 3 / 5 days of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Resolution Process

Our support team will review your claim within 3 – 5 business days.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • OR
  • Store credit

depending on the situation.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

BLISSS NAILS is not responsible for parcels that fail to be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address details
  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

Please ensure:

  • Your address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • You regularly track your parcel status

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.
